I found a from-scratch brownie recipe that I'm really happy with, this is a variation where I threw in tart dried cherries.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (I used Valrhona, because I'm faaaaancy)
- 1/2 cup chopped dried tart cherries
