• 2 blocks (8 oz each) of full-fat cream cheese, softened
• 2 large eggs, left to warm at room temp
• 1/2 cup plain white sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup of caramel sauce, homemade or from the store
• 1 can (20 oz) of pineapple chunks, thoroughly drained
