- 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)..in a non stick pot
- Half cup taystee wheat..semolina
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Few elachie seeds
- Add few strands of Saffron
- And u must get the smell
- Add in 2 cups of milk
- About 3 tablespoon klim milk powder
- Add to the braised semolina
- Sprinkle quarter teaspoon elachie powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoon crushed almonds
- Add in quarter cup fresh cream or nestle
