Meatball Sliders - Bakers Delight

Ingredients

• 500g lean ground beef

• 1/4 cup bread crumbs (our Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf works best!)
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 tbs fresh oregano, chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
• 1 tbs olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• Pinch of red pepper flakes
• 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbs butter
• 6 basil leaves, torn
• 6 Bakers Delight Dinner Rolls
• 6 thick slices of fresh mozzarella
• 1 cup of shredded Italian cheese blend
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 12 basil leaves, whole
