- ⅔ cup pumpkin purée
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 large egg yolks, room temp
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ⅔ cup plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chunks, i used @valrhona_imea
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar + ½ tsp cinnamon for rolling
