Ingredients

  • 10 oz. salmon filets
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  • In a small dish, stir brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt and black pepper.
  • Cut salmon into two 5 oz. portions, laying skin-side down.
  • Rub each filet with 1 teaspoon oil. Wash hands.
  • Sprinkle seasoning on top of each filet and rub it in. Wash hands.
  • Spray air fryer tray with nonstick cooking oil and place filets skin-side down.
  • Air fry for 10-13 minutes or until it reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer.
