Favorite Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup neutral oil, such as canola, avocado, grapeseed
• 1-1/2 cups hot brewed coffee
• 1 tablespoon baking soda
• 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
• 2--3/4 cups all-purpose flour + 3 tbsp for flouring pans
• 3 cups sugar
