Salt And Pepper Chicken recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 1 chicken
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
• 1 and ½ teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• Half teaspoon lemon pepper
• Quarter teaspoon white pepper
• Quarter teaspoon black pepper
• 1onion sliced
• 2tbl butter
• Quarter cup oil
• 2 whole green chillies
• Add 1 and half cup boiling water to cook chicken
• Creamy Sweet potatoes
• 4 sweet potatos:Wash, cut into rounds and preboil
• Add half cup brown sugar or to taste.
