Ingredients

• 1 kg (they are called wingettes & drummettes) chicken wings
• 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp plain flour or corn flour
• 1 & 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (for homemade check the link)
• 50g unsalted butter
