Real Red Devils Food Cake Recipe

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 2 tablespoons hot coffee
• 1 teaspoon red liquid food coloring
• 1 7/8 cups flour (1 3/4 plus 2 T.)
• 1 teaspoon. salt
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 cup sour milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
