• 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp sea salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp oregano
• 1 bay leaf
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 2 tbsp coconut cream
• 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 cups fresh kale
