Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1- 9 ″ pie crust (chilled)
• 2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup 1/2 stick butter, melted
• 2- 5 oz cans evaporated milk (1 1/4 cups evaporated milk)
• 3 large eggs
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla
