Sweetcorn Soup recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 slit chillies
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa khurrie masala
• 750g finely cubed fillets
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• Add in 2 tablespoon flour. Cook out flour taste add in 1½ litres milk
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn
• 1 tin whole kernel corn 🌽
