Ingredients: 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves; 1 clove garlic; 1/4 cup pine nuts; 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided (we use a medium/robust and a combo of EVOO and our Basil infused); Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste; 1/2 cup of Goat Cheese (optional); 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese; 1 TSP of MyOlive Toasted Sesame Oil
