• rac{1}{3} cup thinly sliced white mushrooms (the slicing blade of a box grater works very well)
• 3 tablespoons Sutters Home Merlot
• 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Djion Mustard
• 1-1/2 teaspoon onion salt
• rac{1}{2} teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• rac{3}{4} pounds ground chuck
• Colativa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for brushing grill
• Spray cooking oil
• 1 can of Pillsbury Home Style Grands biscuits; sold in the refrigerator section of the grocery store
• Poppy seeds
• 6 thin tomato slices
• 6 leaf lettuce leaves
