Beverage manager Amanda Britton combines the summer's bright citrus flavors with the warm spices of fall in her gin tiki cocktail, The Saturn.
Ingredients
- 1¼ ounces Botanist gin
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce Passion Fruit Syrup
- ¼ ounce falernum
- ¼ ounce Homemade Orgeat*
- Garnish: Lime peel, cherry
- 8 ounces passion fruit puree
- 12 ounces (1:1) simple syrup
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 ounce almond extract
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 5 ounces brandy
