• 2 tsp yuzu juice
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
• 1 small tomato, deseeded and diced
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 bunches vine cherry tomatoes
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced in half
• 2 tbsp EVOO
• 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
• 4 eggs, poached
