• 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
• 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
• 1 cup (240 ml) water
• 1 cup (240ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 6-8 lemons)
• 4-6 cups (960-1440 ml) cold water, to taste
• Ice cubes
• Fresh strawberry slices and lemon wedges, for garnish (optional)
