- Vegan butter or oil
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Tomatoes, sliced and salted
- Vegan mayonnaise
- Arugula (or your favorite greens)
- Sliced and toasted bread
- For serving: olive oil and flaky sea salt
