Ground Turkey and Sweet Potatoes | Foodtalk

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground turkey, thawed
• 1 large sweet potato, chopped into small pieces
• 1 t minced garlic
• 1 T garlic powder
• 2 T olive oil
• 1 package pasta of your choice cooked and prepared according to box instructions (I used Chickpea Rotini)
• 1 bundle kale, washed and chopped
• 6 oz cream cheese
• 1 c shredded cheese of your choice (I used Monterey Jack Cheese)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
