Golden Potatoes and Saucy Beef Delight - Recipes Roost

Ingredients

• 3 medium-sized potatoes, thickly sliced after peeling
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp table salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic seasoning
• Vegetable oil for pan-frying
• 1 lb of steak (sirloin or flank), cut into thin pieces
• 1 tbsp of soy sauce
• 1 tsp of cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 1 small onion diced into chunks
• 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 1 green chili, sliced up (optional)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)
• 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup of beef stock or plain water
• 1 tsp of cornstarch blended with 1 tbsp water
