Ingredients

• 3 carrots
• 1 onion
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 0.5 tsp ground coriander
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 400 ml water
• 2 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Less Salt Soy Sauce
• 100 g millet
• 120 g button mushrooms
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 2 tbsp chopped chives
• 1 pinch of pepper
• 1 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Less Salt Soy Sauce
• rapeseed oil for frying
• 1 jalapeno pepper
• parsley for garnish
• 100 g couscous
