I made a large batch here, just because I had a bunch of kiwis laying around, but you can easily scale this recipe down if you prefer to make a smaller quant...
Ingredients
- 10 Kiwis, peeled (500 g)
- 1 White Onion, peeled and quartered (180 g)
- 15 Jalapenos, stems removed (240 g)
- 2 Green Guindilla peppers, stems removed (40 g)
- 3 Garlic cloves, peeled (12 g)
- 450 g Water
- 36 g Kosher salt
- 350 g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 20 g White Granulated sugar
