Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 large, sweet onion – small dice ¼ to ½”
• 2 cloves garlic – minced
• 1. Cup arborio rice
• ½. Cup Iron Hub Sauvignon Blanc – or other dry white wine
• 2 Cups chicken broth
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 oz parmesan cheese – finely grated
• Salt & pepper to taste
