- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 100 millilitres milk, warmed
- 1 punnet large strawberries
- finely grated zest of 1/2 orange
- 2 tablespoons cointreau
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar
- 1 cup plain unsweetened yoghurt or 200ml cream
