• 1 jar (16 ounces) of Jake & Amos Sweet & Hot Pepper Strips, drained
• 3 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 3/4 inch thick slices
• 1 can (15 ounces) can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes
• 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 large white onion, sliced
• 1 1/2 cups beef broth, divided
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
