Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups stale bread, torn into small pieces (you can use crusts)
- chicken broth (I use Campbell's reduced sodium boxed chicken broth)
