Chunky Monkey Nice Cream –

Ingredients

• 50g dark chocolate (85% cacao solids)
• 35g walnuts
• 375g frozen bananas (roughly 4 bananas)
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp nut butter
• 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• Pinch sea salt
• 1.75oz dark chocolate (85% cacao solids)
• 1.23oz walnuts
• 13.13oz frozen bananas (roughly 4 bananas)
• Step 3 Carefully remove the blade from the processor and scrape off any excess mixture with a silicone spatula. Stir in the chopped walnuts and chocolate.
• Step 4 Transfer to an airtight container then place into the freezer until firm (about 2-4 hours) before serving.
