Lahori Chops recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 kg lamb chops
• 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butter
• Add
• 2-3 sliced cloves of garlic
• As the aroma arises
• Add washed up chops
• Add 1 Heaped teaspoon ginger and garlic
• 1 tablespoon crushed dry red chillies
• 1 tablespoon Chops and Steak spice
• ½ teaspoon tumeric
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
• Add 1Tblsp any hot sauce and 1Tblsp tomato sauce
• Add 2 tablespoon butter
• ½ onion cut in strip slices
• ¼ robot pepers in strip slices
• ¼ tomato cut in strip slices
• Little salt or vege spice
