- ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 125g caster sugar
- 135g unsalted butter (room temp)
- 2 eggs
- 1½ tbsp skimmed milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Oreo biscuits
- 200g unsalted butter (room temp)
- 400g icing sugar
- 9 Oreo biscuits (crumbed)
