Coca Cola Cake – CanCooker

Ingredients

• 1 (15.25 oz.) boxed chocolate or Devil’s Food cake mix, plus ingredients called for on the box.
• 1 cup Coca Cola (or enough to replace the water called for on the package directions)
• Frosting
• ¼ cup (1 stick) salted butter
• 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 3 Tbsp Coca Cola
• 16 oz. confectioners’ sugar - sifted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup pecans – finely chopped
• Mini springform pans – 4 inches
