• 1 - 15 oz can chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
• 1 cucumber, sliced thin
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 1/4 c feta
• 1 T red wine vinegar
• 1 lemon, juiced
• dash salt & pepper
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
