• For the Vinaigrette:

• 4 anchovies, minced
• 1 garlic clove, grated
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• For the Tomato Salad:
• 1 large shallot, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 pounds assorted multicolor cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• Flaky sea salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
