Ingredients

• 1kg chicken strips
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon red chili paste
• 1 lemon freshly squeezed
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon mochachos spice
• 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli ( optional )
• salt to taste
• flour
