• 3-4 Organic Dried Hibiscus Petals
• A handful Organic Rose Petals
• 1-2 Teaspoons of Grated Fresh Ginger
• 1-2 Drops DoTerra Cardamom Essential Oil
• 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
