Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

• 16 ounce Plain lowfat yogurt or greek style plain yogurt
• 1/2 English cucumber (seedless), not peeled but finely chopped
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 cloves Garlic chopped
• 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
• 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Red wine vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
