Ingredients

• 750 g ground beef
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 large onion (grated)
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 carrot (grated)
• 90 ml red wine
• 400 g canned tomatoes
• 1 tsp tomato puree
• 250 ml chicken broth
• 1 tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp pepper
• ¼ tsp cinnamon (or 1 stick)
• 2 bay leaves
• 500 g spaghetti
• 1 tbsp salt
• parmesan cheese (optional)
