Ingredients

• 3 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 egg yolk
• Cheesecake
• 1 lb cream cheese, softened
• 1 can Eagle Brand ® Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup Robin Hood Original All Purpose Flour
• 1 cup chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
• 60 lollipop sticks
• Coating
• 1 lb white, milk or semi-sweet chocolate, melted
