• 1/2 C. + 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1/2 C. + 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
• 1/2 C. + 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. orange extract (can substitute almond extract or 1 Tbsp. orange zest)
• 1 C. + 2 Tbsp. quick oats
• 1 1/4 C. white chocolate chips
• 1 1/4 C. dried cranberries
