• 1: boneless chicken 1/2 kg
• 2: green chill paste 2 tbsp
• 3: yogurt 6 tbsp
• 4: cream 6 tbsp
• 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
• 6: lemon juice 2 tbsp
• 7: salt 1 tsp
• 8: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
• 9: black pepper powder 1 tsp
• 10: white pepper 1 tsp
• 11: garam masala powder 1 tsp
• 1: lemon juice 3 tbsp
• 2: garlic 6 cloves
• 3: salt 1/2 tsp
• 4: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
• 5: dry red chilli 6
• 6: bullet green chilli 5
• 7: yogurt 1 cup
• 8: mint 1/2 bunch
• 9: coriander 1/2 bunch
• 1: oil 4 tbsp
• 2: coals to smoke the chicken
• 3: eggs as many required (beat with little salt and black pepper)
• 4: oil for frying the eggs
• 5: burger buns
• 6: cheddar cheese (grated)
• 7: onion rings
