Our ginger millionaires shortbread is easy to make and great for Christmas presents or for a posh treat for friends and family anytime.
Ingredients
- For the base:
- 250g Shortbread biscuits
- crushed
- 55g Melted butter
- For the caramel:
- 150g Butter
- 150g Dark brown soft sugar
- 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 40g Stem ginger
- finely chopped
- For the topping:
- 200g Dark chocolate
- 10g Mini gold sugar stars
- You will also need:
- 20cm (8in) brownie tin
- lined with baking parchment
