Ingredients

• 1 whole chicken, cut in half
• Rotisserie seasoning or seasoned salt
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup chopped red seedless grapes
• 2 jalapeños, chopped with seeds removed
• 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
