• 2 graham crackers 2 full sized sheets
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine (1/2 stick), softened
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Mildly Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows, divided
• vanilla or chocolate ice cream (optional)
