- 1 lb ground beef, raw, crumbled
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 -3 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- chicken broth (hot) or chicken stock (hot)
- 3 eggs
