Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ all-purpose flour
  • ½ c unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ c granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 c whole milk
  • ½ c grapeseed oil or any mild-flavored oil
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c boiling water
  • ½ c all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 4 ½ tbsp cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 ½ tbsp unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • ⅓ c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 7 1⁄2-ounce bar milk chocolate Toblerone
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ c heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c heavy cream, chilled
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
