• 12 Lasagne pasta sheets (dried or fresh)
• 35g Everyday Favourites mild Cheddar, grated

• 1 onion, diced
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 250g Minced pork
• 250g Minced beef
• 1 tbsp Dried Italian mixed herbs
• 150ml Red wine
• 1 Beef stock cube
• 1 tbsp Tomato puree
• 1 x 800g Everyday Favourites chopped tinned tomatoes
• <strong>For the cheesy white sauce</strong>
• 1 tbsp Everyday Favourites salted butter
• 1 tbsp Everyday Favourites plain flour
• 300ml Whole milk
• 100g Everyday Favourites mild Cheddar, grated
• 1/2 tsp Everyday Favourites salt
