Ingredients

• 400-500 g chicken drumsticks
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pinch chili flakes
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
• Salt
• 4-8 pieces of celery
• 1 lime
• 300 g Jarlsberg®
• 1/2 tbsp flour
• 3 dl light beer
• 1/2 red or green chili pepper, finely chopped
• 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
