Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk (I used almond, such as Gefen Almond Milk, to keep it parve)
- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup oil
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced small
