• 3/4 teaspoon (3.75 mL) salt
• 1 cup (250 mL) Belsoy soy cream
• 1 cup (250 mL) diced cherry tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons (30 mL) finely chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon (15 mL) lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) salt
