Ingredients

• San Remo Reg No5 Spaghetti 500g
• 750g minced lamb
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 beef stock cube, crumbled
• 1 ½ cups (100 g) breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• Plain flour, for dusting
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 tin (400 g) peeled tomatoes, crushed
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
• 1 ½ tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon sugar
